(Vendors Renting Space from Venues)
Last Updated: 07/30/2025
These terms govern the use of the Pop Space platform by vendors ("you," "your," or "Vendor") who rent space from Hosts ("Hosts" or "Venues") through Goormet Club, LLC ("Pop Space," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Pop Space platform, you agree to these Vendor Terms in addition to the general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1.1 Searching
You can browse available venues using filters like space type, location, event category, dates, and price. Search results are sorted based on relevance, which considers factors like availability, price, reviews, location, and host responsiveness.
1.2 Booking
By requesting or confirming a booking, you agree to pay the total charges including:
Once your booking is accepted, a contract ("Reservation") is formed between you and the Host. This includes:
It is your responsibility to review all booking details before submitting or confirming a reservation.
1.3 License to Use Venue
Your booking grants a limited, non-transferable license to use the venue only during the time and for the purpose specified. Hosts may access the venue during the event if permitted by law and your agreement with them.
You must vacate the space at the agreed checkout time. If you overstay, Hosts may charge a penalty or request removal in accordance with applicable law.
2.1 Cancellations and Refunds
If you cancel a reservation, your refund is determined by the Host's cancellation policy displayed at the time of booking. In certain unforeseen circumstances (e.g., safety risks, venue inaccessibility), you may qualify for a refund under Pop Space's Disruption Policy.
If a Host cancels your booking or cannot fulfill the reservation, we will assist in rebooking or offer a full or partial refund.
2.2 Booking Modifications
You and the Host may agree to change the reservation terms (e.g., timing, fees). Any modifications must be confirmed through Pop Space to be valid.
3.1 Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
If you invite others (e.g., staff, performers, customers), you are also responsible for their behavior and any resulting damages.
3.2 Assumption of Risk
Pop-up events may carry inherent risks. You assume all risks associated with your use of the venue, including liability for injury, illness, property loss, or business disruption. It is your responsibility to ensure the space suits your intended use.
Pop Space does not inspect or guarantee venue conditions, permits, or legal compliance. Hosts are responsible for the accuracy of their listings.
If a dispute arises with a Host, we encourage you to resolve it directly. If unresolved, you may contact Pop Space for assistance. However, Pop Space is not a party to your contract with the Host and is not liable for service quality, damages, or losses unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to remove users, listings, or withhold payouts for violations of these terms or any misuse of the platform.
